We offer full-service event florals for private and branded events. We have a $800 minimum for this service. If you'd like to inquire about having us provide florals, please fill out our Event Inquiry Form and we'll be in touch shortly.

Sometimes you might need flowers for something and it's not quite an event and it's not quite a delivery order - this is where custom orders come in! If this sounds like you, please fill out our Event Inquiry Form and we'll be in touch shortly.

While we're primarily an event-focused floral studio, we also offer delivery (Wednesday - Saturday) for those wishing to gift or receive flowers.
Please allow 2-3 business days from the time of your order to the delivery day. Feel free to email flowerfriendssf@gmail.com if you need to make a specific request.

We deliver Wednesday - Friday between 11am and 6pm and Saturday between 11am and 1pm. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

We make every reasonable attempt to delivery your flowers in a timely manner. With that said, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct information. Flower Friends is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the ordering party including incorrect addresses or contact phone numbers. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a delivery attempt has been made, the ordering party may be subject to an additional delivery fee for any attempts made thereafter.

Flowers have a delicate lifecycle of their own. It's part of their beauty and magic. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at flowerfriendssf@gmail.com.

The way you treat your flowers will impact how long your flowers will last! The flora will appreciate fresh water everyday. You can run a heavy stream of tap water to flush out any bacteria, while leaving behind the fresh water. It’s best to place your arrangement in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.
If you’d like to go above and beyond, you can add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (to fight bacteria) and a pinch of sugar (they have a sweet tooth).
